What we are learning is that everything is made up of energy. Higher energy vibrations (thoughts) are harder to see and lower energy vibrations (trees) are more visible. When this energy is condensed into matter (trees, animals, people, food, etc.), information is stored in the molecular structures (our cells) which have vibratory frequencies, commonly known as the electromagnetic spectrum.
